Mysuru: Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE), Mysuru, is organising an IEEE International Conference on ‘Current Trends in Computer, Electrical, Electronics & Communication’ (ICCTCEEC – 2017) on Sept.8 and 9.
Prof. H. P. Khincha, Professor Emeritus, IISc., Bengaluru and former VC of VTU, will inaugurate the Conference on Sept. 8 at 10 am at Sahukar Channaiah auditorium of the College.
VV Sangha President Gundappa Gowda will preside. Dr. Zainal Salam of University Technology – Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), VV Sangha Vice-President B. Shivalingappa, Secretary P. Vishwanath and Treasurer S. N. Lakshminarayana will be the guests of honour. VVCE Principal Dr. B. Sadashive Gowda, Organising Chair Dr. Shobha Shankar, Joint-Organising Chair Dr. V. Ravi Kumar, PGC Director Dr. Siva Ganesh Malla, Heads of various Departments, faculty members and students will also be present on this occasion.
Dr. Tevfik Kosar, University of Buffalo, USA, Dr. Zainal Salam, UTM, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Dr. Ganapati Panda and Dr. C. N. Bhende, both from IIT, Bhubaneswar are the keynote speakers.
This conference emphasises on research work in CS, E&E, E&C and creates a platform to bring together for disseminating original results and innovative ideas among research scholars, scientists and students.
In this international Conference, nearly 150 research papers will be presented. The delegates from the prominent places of India and researchers from Bangladesh, UK and USA will present their research papers.
On Sept. 9, valedictory function has been scheduled at Sahukar Channaiah auditorium at 2.30 pm. Dr. Ganapati Panda will be the chief guest and Dr. C.N. Bhende will be the guest of honour, according to a press release from Prof. S.A. Mohan Krishna.
