Prof. Rangappa takes over as 107th Indian Science Congress General President

Prof. K.S. Rangappa, former Vice-Chancellor of Karnataka State Open University and University of Mysore, who has been elected as the General President of the 107th Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), seen receiving the Science Torch from Outgoing ISCA General President Dr. Manoj Kumar Chakrabarti during the valedictory of the 106th Science Congress at Lovely Professional University in Jalandhar, Punjab, yesterday as other dignitaries look on.
