Provide customer-friendly services at Sub-Urban Bus Stand parking lot

This refers to the letter by S. Rajendra in Star of Mysore dated Aug. 2 on the Parking fee at the Sub-Urban Bus Stand. I fully agree with his observations as I too have experienced the same.

Further, the parking space often stinks and the contractor’s staff talk rudely when asked why they charge Rs. 10 even for half-an-hour parking. I have paid Rs. 10 each time for parking less than an hour.

I request the KSRTC authorities to look into the matter and take the necessary steps to provide customer-friendly services at the parking lot.
