This has reference to the request that was made to Bogadi CHESCom on the restoration of streetlights’ connection on TP Kailasam Road, opposite Sri Sharada Public School (Star of Mysore dated Apr.6).
It was happy to note that the streetlights glowed on May 10 but it was also noticed that there was incomplete execution of work while adopting a meter at a particular pole. It was forgotten to provide a DP switch for safe operation since it is an everyday affair. The non-conventional method of removing and again fixing the fuse may prove fatal at times, that too, when the rainy reason is fast approaching.
Keeping the nature of seriousness in mind, the authorities are requested to provide a DP switch for safe operation.
