This is to draw the attention of authorities regarding certain restaurants and hotels in our beautiful city that offer outdoor seating arrangements.
While the ambiance of these spaces, particularly in the evenings, is delightful, accessing them often entails navigating a flight of stairs, some of which may be steep and potentially hazardous for elderly people.
Given that older persons may experience difficulties with balance and mobility, the installation of hand railings could offer crucial support and enhance safety measures.
It is therefore requested that hand railings be provided for easy access to the outdoor seating areas of these establishments.
