I would like to thank MCC Zone 3 Engineer Akshata for her prompt response to my request to get the vacant site cleaned beside my residence at Dattagalli.
Within an hour of my request, she sent an earthmover to the spot and the work was done. We are indeed fortunate to have officers like her.
