R. Vipul (16), son of Police Head Constable Rangaswamy and a resident of Vidyaranyapuram in the city, passed away here yesterday.
He leaves behind his parents, a brother and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill here this afternoon.
