Rajayoga Meditation, Personality Development Programme held

Mysuru:  A 21-day Dead Silence (Akhand Mauna) Rajayoga Meditation and Personality Development Programme was held at the Rajayoga Retreat Centre of Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya, an international spiritual institution, Hunsur Road, in city.

Principal Rajayogi BK Ranganath Shastriji, who launched the programme, said: “Like how speech is like silver and silence is gold, silence is a mean of exploring the inner self of a person. Internal powers are developed, vices are removed, character is improved, behaviours are improved and personality is developed. Basic weaknesses are removed. Divine radiance appears on the face. All-round development occurs. Complete health is achieved.”

Sub-Zone Chief Coordinator Rajayogini BK Lakshmiji said, every moment of the twenty-one days is precious and called for special emphasis on Rajyoga Dhyana, Jnan Dhyana Tapasya and to take full advantage of them.

Retreat Centre Coordinator Rajayogini BK Sharadaji introduced the 21-day routine.

Chamarajanagar District Coordinator Rajayogini BK Prabhamaniji, Swami Vivekananda Sadbhavana State Award winner Rajayogini BK Daneshwariji, Mani Anna, Santosh, Kumar and others were present.
