Mysuru: Even as former Minister and senior BJP leader Ramdas called off his indefinite stir yesterday demanding a lasting solution for the stench and health hazard of Vidyaranyapuram Sewage Farm Waste Treatment Plant, MP Pratap Simha has informally announced that Ramdas will be the BJP candidate from K.R. Constituency.
Simha, who visited Ramdas’ stir venue yesterday afternoon, said that Ramdas will be in a responsible position in a few months, thus indicating that the former Minister will be fielded by the BJP from K.R. Constituency.
The MP further said that Ramdas’ stir had hit headlines and he (Ramdas) may be the K.R. MLA when a permanent solution is found for Sewage Farm Waste Treatment Plant row, thus once again hinting that Ramdas will be the most likely BJP candidate.
