Mysuru – The 51st year Ramotsava programme organised under the aegis of Jayanagar Sri Rama Mandira Trust commenced at Sri Rama Mandira on second main road, 16th cross, Jayanagar in the city this morning with Maharudra Homa.
The rituals will take place at 8 am and 7 pm on all the days until Apr. 16. The event will come to a close with the performance of Vasantotsava at 8 am on Apr. 17.
The following musical events will be held at 7 pm – Apr. 9: Music Concert by Vid. R.S. Nandakumar; Apr.11: Veena recital by Vid. R.K. Padmanabha; Apr.12: Bharatanatyam by Vidu. Kanchanashri; Apr. 14: Mass bhajan by Sitarama Bhajana Mandali.
