Mysore/Mysuru: Rangayana Mysuru will be conducting short-term Subbaiah Naidu and Padmashri Nagarathnamma Theatre training camp for two months.
The training camp for the year 2022 will be held from Feb. 12. Candidates in the age group of 18-35 years will be trained during the two-month camp. The camp will be held between 5 pm and 8.30 pm every day. Acting will be given preference in the camp and participants will be briefly trained about theatre music, costume designing, lighting and stage management.
Participants will be trained to enact a play which will be staged at the end of the camp and all of them will be given participation certificates.
The camp fee is Rs. 4,000 for general category and Rs. 2,000 for SC/ ST candidates.
Interested may attend the interview to be held at Rangayana on Feb. 7 at 10.30 am along with Aadhaar Card. SC/ST candidates should also carry their caste certificate and other relevant documents.
