Bengaluru: A Bengaluru Court has scheduled a hearing for Dec. 17 to examine evidence and record witness testimony in the Renukaswamy murder case in which actors Darshan and Pavithra Gowda among others are named as accused.
As of now, framing of charges against all the accused has been completed during which the accused have denied all charges against them. Following this, the Court has decided to commence examination of evidences from Dec. 17.
Assistant Special Public Prosecutor Sachin has already submitted the list of evidences including eyewitnesses, FSL evidence and technical evidence with a request to summon the witnesses.
The Court, accepting the request has issued summons to Renukaswamy’s parents. A total of over 260 evidences will be examined during the trial following which an order will be passed.
