Sir,
This photo taken recently clearly indicates that the two-wheeler rider violated lane discipline by riding on the other side of the road divider (cement barricade) at AIISH Circle on Bogadi road.
When red signal was on for him, instead of stopping behind the already waiting vehicles on the left side of this divider, he came forward like this risking his life and pushing the driver of the bus ahead, which was coming from TK Layout side, into trouble and stopped on the zebra crossing for a moment and jumped the red signal, as he could not wait, thus violating another traffic rule.
It has become very common even for four-wheelers or autos and sometimes heavy vehicles to move like this on city roads. There is no concern for road safety and traffic rules. If something untoward happens, either he has to suffer for entire life or the family has to suffer for the loss of their beloved one. If it is urgent to reach the destination, it is better to start early and have patience while on the road, to avoid such violations and the risk associated with it.
