Mysore/Mysuru: Ballachanda Vivek Aiyanna (57), Proprietor of the then Ritz Hotel and a resident of Govardhan Apartments in Lakshmipuram, passed away yesterday night following a heart attack.
Son of late B.A. Nanaiah, he leaves behind his mother Binny Nanaiah, wife Shobha, daughters Natasha and Sanjana, sons-in-law, brothers Santosh Cariappa and Sachin Devaiah and a host of relatives and friends.
He was a member of Mysore Sports Club, Golf Club and Mysore Race Club. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon, according to family sources.
