Road safety, legal assistance programme held in city

Mysore/Mysuru: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), in association with Regional Transport Office (RTO) –  both East and West – and KSRTC (City and Rural Divisions), had organised an awareness programme on Road Safety and  Legal Assistance for the staff of KSRTC and general public on Nov. 1 afternoon at Sub-Urban Bus Stand premises in city.

Senior Civil Judge and DLSA Member-Secretary Devaraj Bhoote, addressed the gathering and provided information about  legal procedures to be taken  during accidents.

RTO officials distributed hand books on Road Safety and created awareness on the Dos and Don’ts while driving or riding vehicles.

Superintendents of RTO Offices Manjunath and Thammanna Gowda, staff of KSRTC and others were present.
