Road Safety Month by City Traffic Police: Candlelight march mourns death of helmetless riders

As part of Road Safety Month and to create awareness among the public about the importance of wearing helmets and following traffic rules, the Mysuru City Traffic Police, along with Civil Police took out a candlelight march from Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple to Gandhi Square on Jan. 21 to pay tributes to helmetless riders who had died in road accidents. City Police Commissioner Seema Latkar, DCP (Crime and Traffic) K.S. Sundar Raj, ACP (Traffic) Shivashankar, Inspectors and staff of all Traffic Police Stations and others took part in the condolence march.
