All the official transactions with the Regional Transport Office (RTO) can be done online and public can visit www.parivahan.gov.in, fill the details, take a print out and submit to the RTO with necessary documents. Applications for Learners Licence and Driving Licence are being accepted at KarnatakaOne Centres. All fees and taxes can be paid online. Running taxis and bikes with white registration boards of the Rapido Group has been banned by RTO and public should abide by the order failing which a penalty of Rs. 5,000 would be levied on the offenders, according to a press release.
