Bengaluru:- Tempers ran high at the Assembly this morning where Congress and BJP MLAs and Minsters exchanged war of words over Chief Minister Siddharamaiah’s comments on the Central government claiming that it was a “90 per cent commission government”.
“The previous BJP government in Karnataka was the most corrupt … And the present dispensation at the Centre is a 90 percent commission government,” he had alleged.
As soon as the Assembly convened, BJP members raised slogans against the Congress government and said that the government has beaten all records when it came to corruption. BJP MLAs accused Siddharamaiah of covering his government’s corrupt dealings by blaming the Union Government. MLAs trooped into the Well of the House and threw papers to express their anguish.
