‘RUDSET Institutes promote entrepreneurship culture among rural unemployed youths’

Mysore/Mysuru: “RUDSETIs are unique institutions by themselves being nurtured by Canara Bank to promote the entrepreneurship culture among rural unemployed youths,” said Debananda Sahoo, Chief General Manager, Circle Head, Canara Bank, Bengaluru.

“The RUDSET Institutes, conceptualised by Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade, are doing yeoman service to the society at large. RUDSETI Mysuru is providing good service to the unemployed youths in their command area,” opined Debananda Sahoo during his visit to the Institute recently.

He also interacted with the women trainees at RUDSETI.

I.P. Mithanthaya, Dy. General Manager, Canara Bank, Regional Office-I, Mysuru, Vini Nair, Chief Manager, Canara Bank, Mid-Corporate Branch, Mysuru and officials of Canara Bank, Regional Office, Mysuru, accompanied him.

K.N. Ananda Nayaka, Director, RUDSETI, welcomed and presented the progress report of the Institute. A few candidates shared their experience in the training programme. They were presented with certificates.

Later, saplings were planted by the dignitaries in remembrance of their visit to the Institute. Exhibition of the stitched items by the trainees were also displayed.
