Rupa Nagesh Shirali (67), wife of Nagesh Rao Shirali and a resident of Sankalp Apartments in Yadavagiri, passed away yesterday morning in city.
She leaves behind her husband, one son, brother businessman and Chartered Accountant Ullas Kamath of Jyothi Lab and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill yesterday.
