Cultural fiesta showcases India’s heritage and value-based education
Mysuru: Sadvidya Composite Pre-University College celebrated its Annual Cultural Fest “Sadvidya Samprathi – 2025” with unmatched splendour at Jaganmohan Palace auditorium in city.
It was a perfect blend of cultural artistry and educational philosophy, honouring student achievements while delivering a visionary message on idealistic and value-driven education.
The highlight of the event was the theme of ‘Indian State Culture,’ brought alive through a breathtaking series of dance performances and group songs.
Nityananda Viveka Vamshi, Founder of Viveka Vidya Vahini Trust and an eminent orator, who was the chief guest, emphasised the pressing need for an education system that rises above the chase for marks and salaries, redirecting young minds toward principles, discipline and self-worth.
He urged students to uphold the highest standards of behaviour, earning the blessings of teachers through loyalty, respect and discipline.
On the occasion, five senior lecturers who have completed 25 years of devoted service to the institution, were honoured — Y. R. Ramesha, Principal; Indumati, Vice-Principal; Suma, HoD, Electronics; B.V. Chethana, HoD, Chemistry and Nalini, Manager.
Prof. M. S. K. Narahari Babu, President, Sadvidya Educational Institutions, presided. M.D. Gopinath, Secretary, was present.
