Sajida Begum (89), wife of late Basheer Ahmed Khan and a resident of Subashnagar passed away yesterday in city.
She leaves behind son Zubair Ahmed Khan, partner of National Marbles and Granites and National Residency, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Namaz-e-Janaza will be held today at Masjid-e-Meraj at Subashnagar after Namaz-e-Asar, followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Grounds near Tipu Circle.
