Sathyavathi Rao (85), a retired teacher and a resident of Bogadi, passed away on Jan. 14 at a private hospital in city.
Wife of late YVR Rao, she leaves behind a daughter, a son and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill on Jan. 16, according to family sources.
