Scholarship: Applications invited

University of Mysore (UoM), under the Special Cell for the Welfare of Backward Classes, has invited applications from students belonging to backward class community, who have scored more than 55 percent marks in post-graduate degree and pursuing research activities in the year 2021-22, to avail the scholarship.

The annual family income of Category-1 students should not exceed Rs. 4.5 lakh while Category-2A, 2B, 3A and 3B community students should not exceed Rs. 3.5 lakh. Applications forms can be obtained by paying Rs. 100 between 10 am and 5.30 pm. Duly filled-in applications along with the original challan of payment made to State Bank of India located at Crawford Hall premises and all relevant documents can submitted to Backward Classes Welfare Cell, Senate Bhavan, UoM. Last date for submission of applications is Apr. 15 before 5.30 pm. For details, visit UoM website www.uni-mysore.ac.in, according to a press release.
