Zilla Panchayat and the Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports (DYES) have invited applications from eligible meritorious sports students to avail annual scholarship of Rs. 10,000. Students studying between 6th and 10th grade may apply. Candidates who have won first place in the State-level or National-level sports meet held between Apr. 1, 2021 and Mar. 31, 2022, organised by sports institutions registered under State Sports Authority are eligible apply. Applications may be submitted online at https://senceonline.gov.in/karnataka, before June 30.
