Karnataka Maratha Development Corporation will be distributing sewing machines for the year 2025-26. Eligible persons who are desirous of getting the machines under the scheme must submit their applications online before 5,30 pm on Dec. 6.
The applicants must submit applications under Category- 3B and should belong to communities from A to 2F. They should obtain caste and income certificate under Form-3B. Applicants must be residents of Karnataka and should have Aadhaar Card and be in the age group of 18-55 years. One member from a family will be considered. The annual income of applicants should not exceed Rs.98,000 (rural applicants) and Rs.1,20,000 (urban).
There will be a reservation of 5% for differently-abled women, 33% for women, 5% for differently-abled and 1% for sexual minorities. Another 2% will be reserved for divorced, abandoned women, women above 35 years and HIV affected.
