Shanmugam Mani (77), a Civil Engineer and a resident of Vidyanagar, passed away yesterday evening in city.
He leaves behind his wife, one son, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
