Shantala Vattam, a well-known Musician and Danseuse of Mysuru, was conferred Women Achievers Award, by a National Organisation, VDM – India On The Move, headed by Sri Acharya Ajit, in recognition of her achievements in Music and Dance. The award presentation was held in Bengaluru on the occasion of International Women’s Day ‘Sthree Shakthi Utsavam’ in which 15 other women achievers from different States and from different fields were also honoured.
