Mysore/Mysuru: A slew of programmes are lined up at Sri Rajarajeshwari Temple in Rajarajeshwari Nagar in city in connection with Sharannavarathri festivities which commenced on Sept. 26 and will be held till Oct. 5.
There will be Lalitha Sahasranama recital by Sri Rajarajeshwari Bhajana Mandali on all days between 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm which will be followed by music programme from 6.30 pm to 8 pm. Following are the list of various Alankaras and programmes:
Today (Sept. 29): Shakambari Tarakari Alankara, Devotional songs and Bhajans by Sri Sharadadevi Mahila Mandali.
Sept. 30: Gandha Alankara, Music programme by Ranjani Gana Kala Shale.
Oct. 1: Hoovina Alankara, Devotional songs by Swarna Nagaraj and troupe.
Oct. 2: Saraswathi Alankara, Bharatanatyam by Vidu. N.S. Lakshmi of Nrutyanveshana Dance School.
Oct. 3: Kalarathri Durga Alankara, Devaranama and Classical Music concert by disciples of Vidu. Shubha Raghavendra.
Oct. 4: Ayudha Puja and Pala Pushpa Alankara, Bhajans by Vijay Sudarshan and troupe.
Oct. 5: Sarwabharana Alankara.
