Mysore/Mysuru: Shravana Masa Pujanushtana and Discourse Series have been organised from July 25 to Aug. 23 at Suttur Mutt, foot of Chamundi Hill.
Every morning, special puja will be held. Mass prayer from 6 pm to 6.30 pm; Discourse on ‘Shivatatva Chintamani,’ written by Lakkanna Dandesha, will be held daily from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
Dr. K. Anantharamu and Dr. B.V. Vasanthkumar will deliver the discourse. Vaachana by Vid. K. Ramachandra.
The Discourse Series will be inaugurated by Kannada and Culture Department Assistant Director Dr. M.D. Sudarshan tomorrow at 6 pm.
Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will grace the occasion.
Nanjangud’s Sri Karyaswami Mutt Seer Sri Maheshwara Swamiji will be present. Transport arrangements have been made for the public to attend the event daily from J.P. Nagar, JSS Layout and JSS Mahavidyapeetha, according to a press release.
