Shridhar Venkataswamy (62), proprietor of S.S. Enterprises at Udayagiri, passed away on Feb. 12 in city following a heart attack.
He leaves behind his wife, son Sachin, one daughter, brothers, sister and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill on Feb. 13, according to family sources.
