Mysore/Mysuru: A six-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled ‘Educator Recharge: Integrating Wellness, Andragogy and Technology’ was inaugurated at St. Philomena’s College in city on June 30.
Sadhana A. Pote, Joint Director (Training) at the Administrative Training Institute (ATI), Mysuru, inaugurated and spoke on “Motivation Skills for Educators.”
Rector of St. Philomena’s College Rev. Dr. Lourdu Prasad Joseph presided. Principal Dr. Ravi J.D. Saldanha, Administrator Rev. Fr. Gnana Pragasam, Assistant to the Rector Rev. Fr. S. David Sagayaraj, Vice-Principal (Academic) M. Nagaraj Urs, Vice-Principal (Administration) Ronald Prakash Cutinha, Coordinator – IQAC A. Thomas Gunaseelan and Co-Coordinator – IQAC Dr. V. Deepa were present.
The FDP, which concludes on July 5, will equip educators with essential skills in motivation, stress management, Outcome-Based Education (OBE) expertise, AI tools and soft skills.
