The women’s volleyball team of University of Mysore (UoM), which is taking part in the South Zone Inter-University Women’s Volleyball Tournament-2018 being held at Vijayawada, yesterday scored a well-earned win over Anna University 16-25, 27-25, 25-18, 25-18 and entered the fourth round in the Tournament.
In the third round, UoM’s spikers scored a convincing 25-10, 25-16, 25-11 win over Christ University, Bengaluru, to progress further.
In the final qualifying round for the quarter-final league, UoM will be taking on Calicut University today.
