Mysore/Mysuru: Seeking re-investigation of Sowjanya murder case, Mysuru District Vokkaligara Sangha will take out a silent candle light procession in city tomorrow.
Addressing a press meet at Patrakarthara Bhavan here yesterday, Sangha President C. Mariswamy said that the silent procession will commence in front of Mysore Palace at 6 pm and will culminate at Gandhi Square where they will press for the re-investigation.
He said that State Vokkaligara Sangha, Namooru Nammavaru Samaja Seva Trust, Mysuru Taluk Vokkaligara Sangha, District Vokkaligara Yuva Vedike, State Vokkaligara Yuva Pade, Chunchadri Mahila Vedike, Siddarthanagar Vokkaligara Sangha, Mysuru Mahila Vokkaligara Sangha, Chunchashri Gowdathiyara Balaga of Kuvempunagar, Bharati Mahila Samaja, Sanmathi Mahila Balaga, Samanvaya Mahila Balaga, Bhyravi Mahila Sangha of Vijayanagar and Shubhodaya Mahila Club have extended their co-operation. Namooru Nammavaru Samaja Seva Trust President Beedanahalli Satish Gowda, Chunchadri Mahila Balaga President Vasantha Manish and others were present.
