As per the direction of the Election Commission of India (ECI), a special electoral rolls revision drive to be held on all Sundays of this month, began today. This drive will be held on Nov. 7,14,21 and 28, during which young voters can download Voters Helpline Application from their cell phones and include their names in the voter list by filling Form.6.
Also, those voters who want to make any corrections in respect of their names, address or any other details in the electoral rolls, can make necessary corrections through Voters Helpline Application or by submitting Form 6, 7, 8, 8a, as the case may be, to the Booth Level Officer (BLO) at their nearest Polling Booth on these days (Nov. 7, 14, 21, 28), according to a press release issued by Additional DC Dr. B.S. Manjunathaswamy.
