Mysore/Mysuru: On the second day of the special training programme for Deputy Registrars and Assistant Registrars of Co-operation Department on ‘Recent Trends in Administrative Procedures and Co-operative Movement,’ experts delivered lectures on the subject on Friday. The training programme is being organised by the District Co-operative Union and the Department of Co-operation at a private hotel on Hunsur Road in city.
K. Srinivasa, retired lecturer of city’s Administrative Training Institute (ATI) gave a lecture on “Disciplinary Action and Rules’ explaining Karnataka Citizens Service (Segregation, Control and Review Petition Rules) 1975 and answered queries by Assistant Registrars.
Later, Dr. Guruswamy, Additional Registrar, Bengaluru Co-operative Organisations and Managing Director of Karnataka State Co-operative Consumers Federation, presented a lecture on ‘Co-operative Organisations Act Col. 64, 65, 69 and 70 and explained the points to be observed while ordering an enquiry, and also powers/ responsibilities of Enquiry Officer after ordering the enquiry.
Retired Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies Santosh Kumar spoke about ‘Personality Development and Stress Management’ and told them how stress can affect one’s personality and how to manage stressful situations effectively.
