Mysore/Mysuru: Spoorthi Utsav 2024-25, an exotic exhibition of exclusive products from women entrepreneurs, began at Jayamma Govinde Gowda Convention Hall in the city yesterday. The exhibition will be open till 8.30 pm today. The entry is free.
The expo is organised by Spoorthi, the ladies wing of Builders Association of India (BAI), Mysore. Sunitha Chandrakumar, Director, Raghuleela School of Music, was the chief guest. A.S. Yoganarasimha, Chairman, BAI Mysore, will be the guest of honour.
In all, 36 stalls have been opened, selling bangles, sarees, salwars, kurthis, jewellery, home decor, kitchenware, gift articles, art work, pottery, handmade articles to name a few. That apart, 15 food stalls are opened.
Spoorthi President Ramadevi Srikanth, Hon. Secretary Jhanavi Dinesh and Hon. Treasurer Shanthi C. Bharadwaj and Utsav Coordnators Kavitha Gururaj, Lalitha Srinath and Veena Ashok were present.
