Mysuru, May 22- As part of the ongoing festivities marking the 76th birthday of Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji, a function was organised at Nada Mantapa at Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Ashrama in Dattanagar here this morning titled Chaitanya Archana to confer Datta Peetha titles on achievers in various fields.
The title winners are V. Ganeshan, Tirupati (Veda Nidhi); S.N. Murthy, Sringeri (Shastra Nidhi); Vid. S. Shankar, Bengaluru (Nada Nidhi); Prabhakar Jogalekar, Ratnagiri (Asthana Vidwan), Ganti Dattatreya Shastry, Kanchipuram (Asthana Vidwan), Manda Sudharani, Vishakapatnam (Asthana Vidwan), Kamal Jain, Nepal (Vishwa Bandhu) Prajakta Kale, Pune (Sasya Bandhu) and Dr. T. Sarojini, Vijayawada, Andra Pradesh (Jayalakshmi award).
Speaking on the occasion, Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji opined that good contacts always evolved good works. He said that Chaitanya Archana was a divine job of identifying a dedicated achiever and honouring the person. He added that emotions should bind people.
Junior Pontiff Sri Datta Vijayananda Theertha Swamiji was present during the programme.
