Bengaluru: In the wake of changed question paper pattern for SSLC, the Karnataka State Secondary Examination Board (KSSEB) has decided to extend the exam time by 15 to 30 minutes. SSLC exam is scheduled from Mar.27 to April 9, 2020.
The time for Optional language paper has been extended by 15 minutes, while the time for second and third language papers has been extended by 30 minutes. However this extension is limited to only this academic year (2019-20).
The question paper pattern too has been changed, with a cut in multiple-choice questions and one sentence answer questions. Now there will be only 17 one sentence answer questions instead of the usual 23. Also the question paper will have 27 questions of 3 marks each.
