Bengaluru/Mysuru: The SSLC supplementary exam will be held on Sept. 27 and 29 across the State.
The Karnataka State Secondary Education Exam Board (KSSEEB), which announced the supplementary exam (2020-21) schedule at Bengaluru on Thursday, said that the exam pattern and type of question papers will be the same as that of the annual exam held last month.
The supplementary exam is being held for registered students, who could not appear for the main exam last month and students who abstained from the exam out of COVID fear.
While the first paper comprising core subjects (Maths, Science and Social Science) will take place on Sept.27, the second paper comprising languages (First, Second and Third languages) will take place on Sept. 29.
Six students write II PU supplementary exam in Mysuru
six II PU students of Mysuru, who had rejected their results announced by the Government last month based on the marks secured in SSLC, I PU and II PU internal tests, appeared for the supplementary exam that commenced across the State yesterday. While two students wrote Basic Maths paper (Commerce Stream), the remaining four students wrote Mathematics Paper (Science Stream).
II PUC supplementary exam is being held from Aug.19 to Sept.3 at just two centres in city — Maharaja PU College on JLB Road and Maharani PU College for Girls on N.S. Road.
City Police have clamped prohibitory orders as per Section 144 CrPC in 200 mts. radius of both the centres on all dates of the exams till Sept.3.
Accordingly, all photocopy and stationery shops in the vicinity of the exam centres have been ordered to shut down on exam dates. Also, barring students and staff on exam duty, no unauthorised person will be allowed to the centres. Carrying of objectionable articles in the vicinity of the centres has been banned.
