As part of Constitution Day (Samvidhan Divas), the city’s Mahabelaku Samsthe has organised a State-level Essay Contest at Sarada Vilas Degree College, Krishnamurthypuram, at 12.30 pm on Nov. 27. The topics for the contest are: ‘Rajaneeti Nirdeshaka Tatva Rashtra Nirmanada Moola Satva’ or ‘Manava Hakkugala Anushtanadalli Vishwa Shantiya Saadhyategalu’.
