Urging the Government to take appropriate measures to save the western Ghats, ‘Parisarakkagi Naavu,’ a city based Environmental Organisation, in association with ‘Parisara Balaga,’ Clean Mysuru Foundation and other organisations, will be holding a stir at Gandhi Square in the heart of the city from 10 am to 12 noon tomorrow (Aug. 21). Social and environmental activists Maj. Gen. (retd.) S.G. Vombatkere, senior writers Kalegowda Nagavara and Horeyala Doreswamy, social activists Kalachannegowda, Bhanu Mohan, Leela Shivakumar, Bhagya Shankar, Gantaiah and others will take part.
