Stones pelted at BJP office in city

Mysuru:  In the wake of BJP denying ticket to party State President B.S. Yeddyurappa’s son B.Y. Vijayendra to contest from Varuna, irate party workers threw stones at the party office in Nazarbad this afternoon.

Angry party workers, shouting slogans in support of Vijayendra, pelted stones at the portraits of leaders that were pasted outside the office. They even pulled down a banner that was erected in front of the office. However, nobody was injured in the stone-pelting.
