Sir,
The above picture is taken in Jayanagar 10th Cross. Some miscreants have covered the drainage with mud in order to take lorries in the conservancy to transport their construction materials. Because of this, even the conservancy lane is damaged. This act is causing a lot of public nuisance and the public property is being misused.
The owners had been warned by the neighbourhood to not continue this practice. However, it has been over a month and the negligence continues.
Therefore, I request the authorities concerned to take action immediately in public interest.
