Street lights around Kamakshi Hospital switched on even before sunset

CESC authorities, who preach the public about power conservation, are urged to first instruct their staff who switch on street lights to switch them on only when the day is turning dark and not well before it. The picture sent by one of SOM readers shows street lights being turned on though there is plenty of sun light in Kamaskshi Hospital surroundings.
