Subbamma (85), wife of late P.S. Subbanna and a resident of Periyapatna, passed away this morning at her residence, following a brief illness.
She leaves behind two sons including Veeresh Kumar, reporter of ‘Mysooru Mithra’ Kannada daily, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed this afternoon at 3 pm at the Veerashaiva Burial Ground in Periyapatna.
