Bengaluru: Even as the countdown for the May 12 Assembly polls has begun, noted actor ‘Kichha’ Sudeep’s unannounced meeting with State JD(S) President and former CM H.D. Kumaraswamy on Monday, has given rise to speculations in political circles.
Sudeep went to HDK’s residence at J.P. Nagar and reportedly held talks with him for more than two hours, thus fuelling speculations on the actor’s probable campaign for the JD(S). Sudeep had breakfast-meeting with HDK, according to sources.
HDK’s wife Anitha Kumaraswamy and actor-son Nikhil were present during the talks, the sources added.
Meanwhile, the photos of Sudeep’s reported meeting with Kumaraswamy has gone viral.
