The District Administration and Kannada & Culture Department have jointly organised a programme titled ‘Suggi-Huggi’ at Jayapura Government Higher Primary School premises on Feb.4 at 11 am. District in-Charge Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa will inaugurate the programme. MLA G.T. Devegowda will preside.
