The Jathra Mahotsava of Adijagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara Shivayogi Mahaswamiji of Suttur Sri Kshethra, Nanjangud Taluk, Mysuru District, scheduled from Jan. 28 to Feb. 2 is cancelled following the Government directives due to resurfacing of the pandemic. Conforming to the Government’s mandate, and in the interest of the public, the Jathra Celebrations have been cancelled including Rathosthsava, Teppothsava, Mass Marriage, Exhibition, Krishimela, Desi Games, Sports and Cultural Programmes.
The celebrations will be a symbolic one and confined to traditional rituals for one day where the public is not allowed. The Pujas and Processions Sponsors, Donors, Devotees and the general public are requested to cooperate by not visiting the Srikshethra during these times.
