Srikantaiah (93), former Founder Principal of the National Institute of Commerce, Sardar Patel Road, Mysuru and a resident of Yadavagiri, passed away at Bengaluru on Feb. 28, following brief illness.
He leaves behind his wife Lakshmi, three sons, daughters-in-law and a host of relatives and friends. Srikantaiah was the first to introduce Kannada typewriting in Southern Karnataka.
Last rites were performed in Bengaluru on Feb. 28.
